This part time, 20 hour per week, position requires a self-starter with strong skills in the ability to: develop measurable and attainable quality outcome measures, plan and implement quality improvement projects, facilitate workgroups, collaborate with senior management in development of agency quality objectives, respond quickly to agency mandates, construct reports including through survey data analysis, and apply quality principals and continuous improvement practices towards improving service delivery efficiency and effectiveness.
We are seeking an individual with a Bachelors Degree in a related field and 3 to 5 years experience working within Quality Assurance Management. Proficiency in MS Excel, Word, Access and Power Point is required. Candidates demonstrating experience working within a community based social service environment preferred.
