Per Diem Registered Nurse

Assesses community and nursing home residents for eligibility in state supported programs. These programs assist seniors in returning to or remaining in their community. No holiday, night, weekend or direct skilled nursing work required. This position will be on call to assist in meeting peak workloads and substituting for staff absences. AA/EOE

Luncheon Site Manager - Rockport

Serves congregate meals and ensures the meal site is a clean, warm and inviting setting for people age 60 or older and their spouses. Receives and coordinates home delivered meals observing safe food handling practices. Maintains accurate records of meal services including processing of donations. Assists in driver supervision and may deliver meals.

This position requires an individual who is elder focused, works well with others and works independently. A High School Diploma or equivalent is required with good basic math skills and a valid MA Driver's License. The incumbent will participate in food handling training and testing. AA/EOE
