These programs provide options that help some of our most frail elders live at home independently and with dignity.

To be eligible for this program, clients must be clinically eligible for nursing home care.  They must be enrolled in MassHealth.  An extensive array of services is available to enable independent living.

To be eligible for this program, clients must be clinically eligible for nursing home care and not enrolled, or eligible for, MassHealth.  Services available under this program may be double, or more, the level of service available under the Home Care Program.

MassHealth enrolled individuals age 22 and over are eligible for Group Adult Foster Care.  Clients must be in need of daily personal care, and live in public or private subsidized housing.

SeniorCare operates the Supportive Living program at McPherson Park Apartments in Gloucester, and at Turtle Creek/Turtle Woods Apartments in Beverly. This option provides services on-site to eligible residents, plus 24-hour emergency response.
