SeniorCare’s Information and Referral Services Department is often the first stop for consumers seeking services for themselves, a family member, or friend. Our Information & Referral Specialists offer advice and counselling on all aspects of elder care and aging. In addition, resources for individuals, families, and professionals are available. All information is offered to the public without charge,

While SeniorCare’s services are generally available to older Americans aged 60 and above, adults under the age of 60 who have dementia and their caregivers are also eligible for many of SeniorCare’s services.

SeniorCare’s Information and Referral Services Department maintains a services and resources database to provide information to adults of all ages with disabilities and their support partners. All information is offered to the public without charge, and you can call as many times as you need. In addition, SeniorCare’s Options Counselors are available to provide information and make referrals to appropriate service providers.
